Job Profile: OEM & Alliances / Channel Partnerships
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced OEM & Alliances professional to manage and strengthen relationships with key OEMs and technology partners for a leading System Integrator (SI). The role will be responsible for driving seamless collaboration between OEMs and the company's Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Delivery teams, while identifying opportunities for joint business growth and engagement.
The candidate will act as the key coordination point between OEMs and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, joint initiatives, partner engagements, customer interactions, and end-to-end execution of OEM-led activities and events.
Key Responsibilities:
OEM & Partner Management
- Manage day-to-day relationships and engagements with strategic OEMs and technology partners.
- Coordinate with OEM stakeholders on business plans, opportunities, joint initiatives, enablement programs, and partner engagements.
- Develop strong relationships with OEM sales, channel, alliances and marketing teams.
- Coordinate OEM discussions, business reviews, meetings and periodic engagement plans.
- Ensure alignment between OEM priorities and the company's business objectives.
OEM Sales Collaboration
- Act as a bridge between OEM teams and the company's sales and Presales teams.
- Facilitate collaboration on joint opportunities, account mapping, lead sharing, customer meetings and solution discussions.
- Coordinate with OEM teams for opportunity support, technical assistance, pricing, demos, POCs and other sales requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of action items arising from OEM and sales discussions.
- Track joint opportunities and maintain visibility on key OEM-driven business initiatives.
Marketing & Event Management
- Own the end-to-end coordination of OEM events, partner meets, webinars, roundtables, workshops and customer engagement activities.
- Coordinate closely with OEM Marketing teams and the company's internal Marketing team to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage event planning, invitations, customer participation, logistics, branding, content, speaker coordination and post-event follow-ups.
- Coordinate with Sales teams to identify and invite relevant customers and prospects for OEM-led events.
- Ensure smooth coordination between OEMs, customers, sales, Marketing and other stakeholders throughout the event lifecycle.
- Track event outcomes, leads generated, customer participation and subsequent business opportunities.
Customer & Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate customer meetings involving OEMs and the company's Sales teams.
- Facilitate joint customer discussions, workshops, solution presentations and business meetings.
- Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on meeting objectives, requirements, next steps and follow-ups.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and OEM stakeholders to support ongoing engagements.
Business & Reporting
- Maintain regular MIS and reports covering OEM engagements, joint opportunities, events, customer activities and business initiatives.
- Track partner performance, engagement plans, business pipeline and key action items.
- Support the leadership team with OEM business reviews, partner updates and engagement reports.
- Identify opportunities for expanding the company's relationship and business with existing and new OEMs.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong OEM / Alliance / Channel Partner Management experience.
- Experience working with System Integrators, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Networking, or Enterprise Technology companies.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with OEM Sales, Channel, Alliance and Marketing teams.
- Strong event and customer engagement management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong follow-up and execution capabilities with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Good understanding of B2B technology sales and partner ecosystems.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in OEM Alliances, Channel Management, Partner Management, Business Development or a similar role.
- Prior experience in a System Integrator / IT Solutions / Technology Services organization is preferred.
- Experience managing OEM relationships across areas such as Cybersecurity, Networking, Cloud, Data Center, IT Infrastructure or Enterprise Solutions will be an advantage.
