Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of NBFC / lending experience in a channel or DSA sourcing role.
• Proven record of onboarding and managing DSAs / channel partners to source personal, unsecured, or business loans.
• Quantified results, such as number of DSAs onboarded and share of disbursals contributed.
• Comfortable with field travel across Delhi NCR.
• Graduate required; MBA preferred.
• Based in Delhi NCR, or willing to relocate.

Ram Fincorp is an NBFC offering personal and short-term (payday) loans to salaried customers. We’re growing our field channel network and looking for a hands‑on Alliance Manager to build and run it.

The role

This is a field role, not a desk-based strategic alliances position. You will scout, onboard and manage DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) and channel partners in your territory, and make them a consistent source of loan disbursals.
