Job summary

A leading Fintech company in Mumbai seeks a Relationship Manager to enhance borrower growth and disbursement through strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for developing relationships with DSAs and channel partners, onboarding new partners, and collaborating with teams for efficient processing. Candidates should have minimum 2-3 years in borrower-side sales with experience in personal loans and credit products, alongside strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in borrower-side sales.
• Exposure to unsecured personal loans, secured loans, credit cards, home loans, LAP, and business loans.
• Proven track record in achieving business targets through partner-led channels.

Responsibilities
