You will coordinate shipments with airlines, customs brokers, and global agents, negotiate competitive airfreight rates, and monitor volumes, profitability, and performance to ensure smooth execution of air cargo operations. This role also involves overseeing daily operations and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain service levels.
