Job summary

Sanvi Business Solutions in Mumbai is seeking a Senior Operations Executive for freight forwarding to independently manage Air & Sea import/export, end-to-end file handling from booking to delivery.

The role leads a team of 3–5, coordinates with shipping lines, airlines, CHAs and overseas agents, handles documentation, billing and MIS, and ensures GST/compliance requirements are met.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in Freight Forwarding / CHA / 3PL in Mumbai, independently handling Air/Sea
• ERP systems proficiency with CargoWise / Logi-Sys / Softlink and advanced Excel usage

Responsibilities

• End-to-end file handling – Air & Sea – FCL, LCL, Airfreight, from booking to delivery
• Documentation – BL, AWB, S/B, BOE, Invoice, Packing List with zero errors
• Coordination with Shipping Lines, Airlines, CHAs, Transporters & Overseas Agents
• Client servicing – primary POC for key accounts, milestone updates & escalation handling
• Lead team of 3–5, allocate work & review files
• Billing, costing & daily MIS reporting
• Compliance – GST, E-way Bill, SEZ / FTWZ, Customs SOPs

Leading Freight Forwarding Company is looking for a Senior Ops Executive who can independently handle Air Sea – Import / Export.

*Role:* – End-to-end file handling – Air & Sea – FCL, LCL, Airfreight – Booking to delivery

• Documentation – BL, AWB, S/B, BOE, Invoice, Packing List – Zero error

• Coordination with Shipping Lines, Airlines, CHAs, Transporters & Overseas Agents – JNPT / Air Cargo

• Client servicing – Primary POC for key accounts, milestone updates & escalation handling

• Lead team of 3-5, allocate work & review files

• Billing, costing & daily MIS reporting

• Compliance – GST, E-way Bill, SEZ / FTWZ, Customs SOPs

Must Have:

• 8-10 years in Freight Forwarding / CHA / 3PL in Mumbai – Air Sea independently mandatory

• Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020, HS Codes, Customs procedure

• ERP – CargoWise / Logi-Sys / Softlink Advanced Excel

• Can handle 15-20 files at a time

• Graduate Diploma in Logistics / IATA / FIATA preferred
