Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple shipments and deadlines accurately.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational software or TMS systems commonly used in freight forwarding.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify discrepancies, prevent delays, and maintain data accuracy.
• Prior experience in a freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain environment is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor incoming air freight shipments, including booking cargo, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, customs brokers, transport partners, and customers to ensure accurate information flow and timely cargo delivery.
• Update shipment status, resolve operational issues, and maintain records in internal systems.
• Support invoicing and cost control activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and meet service level commitments, and support customer queries related to import shipments.
