Job summary

Total Group in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Air Export Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipment logistics. You will coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, and customers to ensure smooth movement, bookings, tracking, and timely delivery, while handling documents like invoices, packing lists, and AWB.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Knowledge of LogiSys or similar freight software, plus experience in customs clearance and stakeholder management, will help

Qualifications

• Air export operations knowledge required.
• Experience with freight forwarding and customs clearance.
• Familiar with AWB, Shipping Bill and related docs.
• Experience coordinating with airlines and overseas agents.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management.
• Proficient with freight forwarding software such as LogiSys.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Strong knowledge of Air Export operations.
• Freight Forwarding and Customs Clearance experience.
• Knowledge of AWB, Bill of Entry, Shipping Bill, and related documentation.
• Experience in airline coordination and shipment tracking.
• Customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with LogiSys, or similar freight forwarding software.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
