Job summary

Jewelex India is seeking an AI Adoption & Enablement specialist to promote AI tools across business functions from Mumbai. You will identify where AI can boost productivity, conduct awareness sessions, and run hands-on workshops for employees.

You will demonstrate tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, and others; craft prompts, templates, and AI playbooks, and continuously assess new AI tools to energize teams and drive concrete productivity gains.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of Generative AI and productivity tools.
• Solid understanding of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or similar platforms.
• Excellent prompt-writing and prompt-engineering skills.
• Clear communication, presentation and training abilities for diverse audiences.
• Ability to translate AI concepts for non-technical users.
• Identify AI use cases in business processes and drive adoption.
• Curiosity to explore new AI tools and automation opportunities.
• Ability to influence and motivate teams to adopt new tech.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic Python or SQL knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and drive adoption of AI tools across different business functions.
• Identify day-to-day activities where AI can improve productivity or reduce manual effort.
• Demonstrate practical AI use cases to employees and functional teams.
• Conduct AI awareness sessions, hands-on workshops, and one-to-one guidance.
• Help employees use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, Gamma, Adobe Firefly, NotebookLM, etc.
• Create function-specific prompts, templates, and AI productivity playbooks.
• Continuously explore and evaluate new AI tools available in the market.
• Build enthusiasm and confidence among employees to experiment with AI.
• Identify opportunities for AI automation and Agentic AI workflows and coordinate with the technical/AI team.
• Track AI adoption, use cases implemented, and productivity improvements.
• Ensure employees follow responsible AI usage, data security, and approved-tool guidelines.

Skills Required

• Good understanding of ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot or similar LLM platforms.
• Strong prompt-writing and prompt-engineering skills.
