We are looking for a young, dynamic, and tech-savvy professional who lives and breathes AI. Someone who doesn’t just use AI tools—but obsesses over discovering new ones, benchmarking them, and wiring them into real business workflows. The goal is to identify every manual, repetitive, or inefficient process across the organisation and replace it with intelligent, automated workflows that save time, cut costs, and directly improve the company’s bottom line.
This is NOT a traditional IT role. This is for someone who can think like a business strategist and execute like an engineer… bridging AI capabilities with everyday operations at an enterprise level.
Responsibilities
- Work with Management (partner/sr business analyst) in auditing existing business processes across departments (Sales, Delivery, HR, Finance, Marketing) and map inefficiencies.
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end automated workflows using AI-powered tools to eliminate manual effort.
- Integrate AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) into daily team operations for content generation, data analysis, research, and decision support.
- Set up and manage workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate) to connect enterprise tools, CRMs, and communication platforms.
- Leverage agentic coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor to build custom scripts, internal utilities, and lightweight applications that solve real business problems.
- Continuously research, evaluate, and benchmark new AI tools, plugins, and platforms—maintaining an internal knowledge base of approved tools.
- Ensure all automation adheres to enterprise-grade security, data privacy, and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with leadership to align AI initiatives with business goals and revenue targets.

Ideal Candidate Profile
You are someone in your early or mid 20s who has already been tinkering with AI tools on your own. Building automations, experimenting with Claude Code, setting up n8n workflows, or creating AI-powered solutions for personal or freelance projects.
You don’t wait for instructions; you see a broken process and immediately think, “I can automate that.” You are hungry to learn, fast to execute, and excited about the possibility of transforming how an entire company works.
