Job summary

Jewelex India is seeking a seasoned AI workflow engineer to design and implement Agentic AI workflows for enterprise process automation in Mumbai. You will drive end-to-end automation by turning manual processes into AI-enabled workflows and integrating LLMs via APIs from providers like OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.

Proficiency in Python and Java, strong SQL/NoSQL knowledge, and expertise in AI orchestration frameworks are required.

Qualifications

• Strong programming and architecture skills for building AI-driven workflows.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and API integrations.
• Proficiency in Python and Java or similar backend languages.
• Knowledge of AI orchestration frameworks and multi-step AI workflows.
• Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (SQL/ MongoDB).
• Familiarity with vector DBs, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Experience with prompt engineering and structured LLM outputs.
• Experience with API security and data security best practices.

• Perform prompt engineering and optimize prompts for accuracy, reliability, and cost.
• Implement structured outputs, validation, exception handling, retries, logging, and monitoring.
• Test AI workflows for accuracy, edge cases, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Evaluate new AI models, frameworks, tools for business use cases.
• Document solution architecture, workflows, APIs, and technical specs.
• Ensure security, access control, data privacy, and responsible AI use.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Good knowledge of Java or similar backend programming language.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience working with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or equivalent.
• Understanding of Agentic AI architecture and multi-step AI workflows.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of API development and REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB / NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
• Experience with prompt engineering and structured LLM outputs.
• Knowledge of Git and version control.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, API security, and data security.

Good-to-Have Skills

• n8n / Make / Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms.
• Docker and containerization.
• Cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Vector databases such as Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, Chroma, pgvector, or equivalent.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with ERP, CRM, HRMS, email, document management, or other enterprise systems.
• Front-end development knowledge using React, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of AI observability, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with MCP, tool/function calling, and multi-agent architectures.
• Understanding of OCR, document processing, vision models, and multimodal AI.
