Job summary

Evoke Technologies in Hyderabad is seeking a data scientist with 2+ years of experience in Data Science and at least 1 year in Gen AI to build and deploy AI-powered solutions.

You'll work on NLP, large language models, LangChain, Flask/FastAPI, and MLOps, with a focus on production-ready POCs and hands-on Python development. This role requires strong analytical skills, a drive to learn new knowledge, and readiness to come to the office at least 3 days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science with at least 1 year in Gen AI.
• Minimum of 2+ years of focused experience in NLP, especially Generative AI and LLMs.
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks (Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Hands-on with Flask or FastAPI and basic MLOps practices.
• Experience to develop POCs and deploy to production.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT/Copilot or Gemini integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical Proficiency

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science with at least 1 Year in Gen AI
• Minimum of 2+ years of focused experience in NLP, Especially Generative AI and Large Language Models is must, demonstrating a deep understanding of their applications and limitations.
• Proficiency in Generative AI, Traditional AI
• Proficient knowledge with Lang chain, Agentic or similar frameworks.
• Experience in developing POC’s and have an understanding of materializing those POC’s to production
• Knowledge of embedding the usage of ChatGPT or Copilot or Gemini for regular process.
• Proficiency in Python, Keras/TensorFlow/PyTorch with strong coding skills
• Experience in developing & deploying Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Time Series Projects.
• Hands-on experience with Flask/FastAPI and familiarity with MLOps practices.
• Good experience with computer vision, image processing and pattern recognition projects
• Proficient in version control management, particularly with Git.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical Proficiency(Optional)

• Good to have software development experience.
• Good to be strong in Cloud AWS(Bedrock)/Azure(Azure AI)
• Familiarity with advanced software development skills such as pattern design, testing, cross-platform software, and source control

Process / Domain Knowledge Mandatory

• Experience in Generative AI based application development is must
• Enthusiasm for acquiring and implementing new knowledge.
• Should be ready to come office at least 3 days a week
