About the Role

We are looking for a tech-savvy and innovative Executive AI & Business Process Automation who is highly proficient in using modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools, automation platforms, productivity applications, and data-analysis tools to improve the efficiency of day-to-day business operations.

The ideal candidate should be curious about emerging AI technologies and capable of identifying practical opportunities where AI can save time, improve accuracy, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Claude and other relevant AI platforms for business applications.
• Analyze business data and prepare MIS reports, dashboards, summaries and management insights.
• Identify repetitive manual processes and recommend opportunities for AI-based automation.
• Assist in developing automated workflows for reporting, data collection, follow-ups and documentation.
• Use AI for sales analysis, lead management, customer communication and marketing content creation.
• Assist management in preparing presentations, business reports, meeting summaries and decision-support information.
• Research and evaluate new AI tools that can improve organizational productivity.
• Maintain proper documentation of AI-based processes, templates and workflows.
• Ensure that AI-generated content is factually verified, professionally written and appropriate for organizational use.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure that sensitive company or employee information is handled responsibly while using AI tools.
• Train and assist team members in the effective use of approved AI tools.
• Perform other technology-enabled administrative and business-support activities as assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; candidates with backgrounds in Computer Applications, IT, Business Administration, Management or related fields will be preferred.
