Job summary

JB Group of Companies is seeking an AI Transformation Specialist to lead the redesign of business processes and automate workflows across HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations and more. You will map As-Is processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose To-Be designs that reduce manual work and errors.

Collaborating with department heads, you will implement AI tools for data analysis, document processing, reporting and communication, while establishing governance, KPI dashboards and training

Key Responsibilities

• Process Understanding & Analysis

Study existing processes across departments such as HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Operations, Design, Projects, Customer Service and Administration.
Understand how work is currently performed, including manual processes, approvals, reporting, data handling and communication workflows.
Identify repetitive, time-consuming and error-prone activities.
Map existing processes and identify opportunities for AI and automation.
Conduct process audits and recommend improvements.

• AI Implementation Across Departments

Identify practical use cases where AI can improve departmental efficiency.
Work closely with department heads to understand their challenges and requirements.
Design and implement AI-based solutions for day-to-day business activities.
Introduce AI Tools For Tasks Such As

Evaluate whether existing processes should be automated, simplified, eliminated or redesigned before implementing AI.
Develop "As-Is" and "To-Be" process flows.
Redesign workflows to reduce unnecessary approvals, duplication and manual intervention.
Develop AI-enabled operating models for key business processes.
Ensure AI solutions integrate smoothly into existing systems and workflows. 4. AI Tools & Automation
Research and evaluate new AI tools, platforms and technologies relevant to the organization.
Implement suitable AI tools such as generative AI, workflow automation, AI agents, chatbots, OCR, document intelligence and analytics solutions.
Build or coordinate the development of AI-powered workflows and automated solutions.
Where required, work with external technology partners, software vendors and developers.
