B2N Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd. invites an experienced Industrial Relations leader to oversee wage settlements and LTS, and to maintain constructive dialogue with labor unions in our Telangana manufacturing operations.

The role requires deep knowledge of labour laws, hands-on IR in a manufacturing setting, Telugu fluency, and the ability to coordinate with government authorities as the primary liaison.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in Industrial Relations within manufacturing.
• Hands-on in wage settlements.
• Telugu fluency mandatory.
