Job summary

Symphoni HR Pvt Ltd. seeks an experienced HR professional to lead corporate HR initiatives across manufacturing locations. The role focuses on performance management, compensation design, learning and development, and HR governance.

The ideal candidate will drive organisational development, payroll analytics, employee relations, labour law compliance, and collaboration with plant HR teams to implement consistent HR policies.

• Lead PMS, KRAs, goal setting, and performance reviews.
• Design salary structures, incentives, benefits, and benchmarking.
• Conduct TNA, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Drive organisational effectiveness and change management.
• Oversee multi-location payroll, workforce costs, attrition, and productivity analytics.
• Manage employee grievances, industrial relations, and plant-level HR issues.
• Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws and factory regulations.
• Partner with business leaders and plant HR teams to implement HR policies.
• Standardise HR processes, policies, and practices across corporate and manufacturing locations.
