Job summary

Prominent Consultant is seeking an HR & IR leader to oversee all HR and industrial relations operations at the plant. You will develop, implement and periodically review HR policies, systems and processes to support growth and compliance.

You will drive a positive employee culture and organizational values across the workforce, and lead Industrial Relations activities to ensure smooth operations and strong labour relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR & IR within a manufacturing setting.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Proven ability to negotiate and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills.
