Job summary

IPS Group in Hyderabad is seeking a strategic HR leader to drive HR operations, industrial relations, corporate governance, and workforce effectiveness in a manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have MBA-level expertise, strong analytical skills, and the potential to progress to Head of HR within 3–4 years. Experience in steel manufacturing and Telugu knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• MBA required; premier institute preferred.
• Experience in HR leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong IR knowledge, labour laws and compliance.
• Proven HR generalist/HRBP and corporate HR experience.
• Analytical, numerical and decision-making skills.
• Strategic thinker with focus on cost and productivity.
• Steel manufacturing experience preferred; Telugu knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR operations, industrial relations, and governance in a manufacturing environment.
• Build strategic HR partnerships across functions and sites.
• Ensure statutory compliance with labour laws and Factory Acts.
• Focus on cost optimization, productivity, and business efficiency.
