The incumbent will serve as a key liaison between the organization, union representatives, and statutory authorities to ensure a harmonious, compliant, and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Union Engagement: Foster transparent and proactive communication with the unionized workforce. Address grievances, facilitate dialogue, and build trust‑based relationships with union representatives.
• Statutory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to applicable labor laws and statutory requirements. Oversee timely filings, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Wage Negotiations: Lead and support wage discussions with union bodies and internal stakeholders. Prepare negotiation strategies and ensure alignment with organizational policies.
