Job summary

Firon Consulting Bangalore is seeking an Associate Agency Development Manager to lead agent recruitment, development and adherence to business targets. You will organize career seminars for prospects, drive agent productivity, and ensure alignment with company RnR norms.

Key duties include building a robust agent pipeline, conducting training, monitoring activity, and maintaining customer-centric relationships while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Develop agent hiring sources and build a strong agent pipeline.
• Identify and conduct activities to increase agent footfall and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct career seminars for prospects.
• Follow agent hiring norms and procedures.
• Train agents to improve product knowledge using field demonstrations.
• Help agents plan and review activities and goals.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with trainers.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly business targets.
• Maintain customer focus and communicate RnR to agents.
• Ensure timely responses to customer queries per standards.

Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:Agent Recruitment

• Develop varioussources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
• Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent

hiring

• Conduct Career Seminar of prospects
• Follow agent hiring mechanism & other hiring norms

Agent Development

• Ensure product knowledge by MLI ways of training Field demonstration (FODs)
• Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits.
• Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
• Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same

Meet Business Targets

• Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
• Improve agent productivity & persistency by regular PRP/IID/GID etc
• Ensure companies product mix salesratio and adhere to the business norms.
• Maintain agent pro activity as per business plan

Customer Centricity

• Be MLI brand ambassador & a customer champion
• Follow MLI sales practice to develop deep customer loyalty
• Hold periodical customer meet to understand customer pulse & need
• Ensure customer queries are responded to satisfactorily as per MLI standard.

Measures of Success:

• Achievement of business plan & GPA
• Recruitment / Development & Activation of agent as per plan.
• Number MTD Active
• Persistency as per grid
• Number of EC/MDRT agen
