Job summary

Ankur Lighting is seeking an experienced After Sales Support Manager to lead customer-focused service delivery, manage complaints, and coordinate service execution. You will oversee scheduling, site visits, and problem-solving to ensure high customer satisfaction and timely project completion.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and hands-on Excel reporting to drive service quality in a manufacturing environment. Experience in lighting or electrical sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

• More than 7 years of experience in After Sales Support and handling the team.
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle customer escalations professionally
• Good knowledge of Excel and reporting
• Experience in manufacturing, lighting, electrical, consumer durable, or related industry preferred
• Strong follow-up and team management abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
