GIPS Consultancy in Pune is seeking a Senior Manager/AVP to drive branch profitability by onboarding HNI customers into Preferred programs and delivering superior service to boost relationship value. You will lead a result-oriented team and ensure cross-selling across Wealth Mgmt, CASA, Demat, and cards.

You must have deep product knowledge across Wealth Management and banking products, and the ability to achieve branch targets while building lasting client relationships in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Own all branch banking objective and achieve overall branch target by generating business through cross sales.
