GIPS Consultancy seeks a Senior Manager/AVP to lead branch banking efforts in Mumbai. You will drive profitability, manage a performance-driven team, and ensure achievement of branch targets through strategic cross-sales across wealth products.

The role requires deep product knowledge in Wealth Management, CASA, Demat, and Credit Cards, with a focus on growing high-net-worth customer relationships and maximizing profitability.
