Job summary

TechRyde Private Limited in Noida (Sector-62) is hiring an Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, plan campaigns for lead generation, and drive ROI.

The role requires 1–3 years of hands-on experience, a marketing degree, and excellent English communication. It is a full-time, in-office role with a 5-day workweek, offering growth and performance-based opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Digital/Performance Marketing.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and deliver measurable results.
• Strong understanding of CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion tracking.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the creative/content team to develop ad creatives and copies.
• Showcase campaigns with measurable results (leads, conversions, ROAS, CAC, revenue).

• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Plan campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and brand awareness.

Proven Track Record:

Candidates must have demonstrable results from managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns. You should be able to showcase specific campaigns and measurable outcomes, such as leads generated, conversions, ROAS, reduced cost per acquisition, or revenue growth. Candidates who can share case studies, campaign screenshots, or performance reports will be preferred.

Must Have:

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads Mandatory.
• Strong understanding of digital/performance marketing.
• Good analytical and campaign optimization skills.
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills Mandatory.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns.
