Job summary

Brandchilly in Ghaziabad (Indirapuram) is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on Meta Ads experience to plan, run and optimize paid campaigns. You will own campaign performance from strategy to reporting and coordinate with clients and internal teams, so strong communication skills are essential.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ Meta Ads experience, solid knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Pixel setup, and the ability to present results clearly to clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager and Pixel setup
• Strong understanding of funnels, targeting and conversion tracking
• Excellent English and Hindi communication

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Meta ad campaigns across lead generation, traffic and conversions
• Monitor daily performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR and CPM
• Set up and manage audiences including custom, lookalike and retargeting
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages
• Manage budgets and scale winning campaigns
• Set up Meta Pixel, Conversion API and event tracking
• Brief designers on high-performing ad creatives
• Prepare regular performance reports with insights and next steps
• Communicate campaign progress with clients and stakeholders
• Keep up with Meta platform updates and policies

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns across lead generation, traffic and conversion objectives
• Monitor daily performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR and CPM
• Set up and manage audiences, including custom, lookalike and retargeting
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences and landing pages
• Manage ad budgets and scale winning campaigns
• Set up and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversion API and event tracking
• Brief designers and video editors on high-performing ad creatives
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and next steps
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders on campaign progress and strategy
• Keep up with Meta platform updates, ad policies and market trends

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager and Pixel setup
• Good understanding of funnels, audience targeting and conversion tracking
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
• Ability to present results and explain strategy clearly to clients and team members
• Able to work independently, meet targets and handle multiple campaigns

Good to Have

• Experience with Google Ads, GA4 or Google Tag Manager
• Experience in lead generation for real estate, education, healthcare or e-commerce
