Job summary

Aakash Educational Services (AESL) in Pune, Maharashtra, is seeking an Admission Officer to generate admissions through ATL and BTL activities, including school seminars, town open seminars, and residential sessions within the territory.

You will visit schools to meet principals and coordinators, counsel students and parents during home visits, and convert inquiries into enrollments while ensuring a smooth, compliant process and superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle customers in a calm, empathic & patient manner, with strong sales persuasion.
• Excellent networking and presentation skills to conduct seminars.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and writing emails; comfortable with sales software.
• Fluency in English and regional language.
• Willingness to travel and engage in public speaking.

Responsibilities

• Generate admissions by maintaining data flow and conducting ATL & BTL marketing activities like seminars in schools, town seminars, and residential spots.

Role & responsibilities

1. 1. Generate admissions by maintaining a continuous influx of data by conducting Above The Line” (ATL) & “Below The Line” (BTL) marketing activities such as- seminars in schools, open seminars in town & residential spots within a specified territory.
2. 2. Contribute towards set targets by doing school visits for meeting principals, coordinators and management personals for business development.
3. 3. Ensure a delightful customer experience while going for home visits to counsel students and parents and close admissions resulting in enrolling the students.
4. 4. Capitalize on business opportunities by liaising with local tuition teachers.
5. 5. Ensure adherence to internal processes and compliances.

To be successful in the Admission Officer role you are required to have:
