Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Education or related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in school admissions, educational counselling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal, convincing, and relationship-building abilities.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer knowledge including MS Office and email communication.
• Ability to handle multiple enquiries and meet admission targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from prospective parents regarding admissions, fee structure, curriculum, facilities, and procedures.
• Counsel parents and guide them through the admission process.
• Manage incoming calls, walk-in enquiries, online leads, and follow-ups with prospective parents.
• Conduct school tours and explain facilities, programs, and activities.
• Coordinate with academic and admin teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Maintain admission records, enquiry databases, and student documentation.
• Follow up with prospective parents to convert enquiries into admissions.
• Assist with application forms, document verification, and admission formalities.
• Prepare regular reports on enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and status.
• Ensure a positive experience for parents throughout the admission journey.
