Responsibilities

• Handle walk-in, telephonic, email, website, and social media admission enquiries.
• Counsel prospective parents and students regarding the school's curriculum, academic programs, facilities, and admission process.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions by providing exceptional counselling and timely follow-ups.
• Maintain and update lead information in the CRM and ensure accurate admission records.
• Conduct campus tours and explain the school's unique offerings to prospective parents.
• Build and nurture relationships with parents throughout the admission journey.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Academic, and Administration teams to ensure a seamless admission process.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi and Kannada will be an added advantage).

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM applications.
• Ability to handle multiple enquiries and work in a fast-paced environment.
