Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry is mandatory.
• Experience in academic counselling or student admissions is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and guide them in selecting suitable courses.
• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries.
• Generate and follow up on leads through calls and other activities.
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing students.
• Handle referrals and course upgrades.
• Organize and support seminars, workshops, and webinars.
• Build relationships with colleges and corporate representatives.
• Maintain student and lead databases and prepare regular reports.
• Support branch-level marketing and sales activities.
