Global Dynamic Talent Solutions is seeking an energetic admissions counsellor in Tamil Nadu to guide students through the admissions process. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, understand each student’s needs and align programs, pricing and financing options accordingly.

Deliver virtual or telephonic counselling, demos and course walkthroughs, and answer queries on curriculum, outcomes and placement support.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in admissions counselling, EdTech sales or inside sales (preferred).
• Excellent communication in English and Tamil.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and target-driven work.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Provide virtual or telephonic counselling sessions, product demos and course walkthroughs.

• Negotiate course fees, discounts and payment plans within company guidelines.
• Follow up regularly to ensure high conversion and enrolment rates.
• Keep the CRM updated with accurate lead, enquiry and admission data.
• Work with the marketing, academics and operations teams for smooth onboarding of enrolled students.
• Track daily calling activity and weekly/monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Build long-term relationships with students to drive renewals, referrals and upselling of advanced programs.
