Manage daily office administration activities and ensure efficient office functioning.
Maintain office infrastructure and coordinate with facility management vendors.
Oversee housekeeping, security, pantry, and other support services.
Ensure availability of office supplies, stationery, and consumables.
Maintain administrative records, files, and documentation.
Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and contractors.
Negotiate vendor contracts and monitor service quality.
Track vendor invoices, payments, and renewals of agreements.
Ensure timely maintenance of office equipment and assets.
Manage procurement of office supplies and equipment.
Maintain inventory records and asset registers.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Track asset allocation and maintenance schedules.
Arrange domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
