Job Description
1. Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the administration team, including internal housekeeping staff
  • Allocate responsibilities, monitor KPIs, and ensure high performance
  • Build a collaborative, service-oriented culture and drive team development
2. Executive Support & Stakeholder Management
  • Oversee calendar, travel, meetings, and executive coordination
  • Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and ensure confidentiality and professional communication
3. Operations, Compliance & Process Excellence
  • Manage end-to-end administrative operations and office functioning
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency
4. Financial, Vendor, Facility & Housekeeping Management
  • Manage budgets, expenses, and cost optimisation initiatives
  • Oversee vendors, service providers, and contracts, including performance management
  • Supervise internal housekeeping staff and ensure high standards of workplace cleanliness and hygiene
  • Ensure effective facility operations, safety, security, and infrastructure upkeep
5. Events, Coordination & Strategic Support
  • Oversee planning and execution of meetings, events, and logistics
  • Support leadership on strategic initiatives and special projects
  • Resolve critical operational issues and provide problem-solving support
The Successful Applicant
  • 8-12 years of experience in administration, including leadership roles from hospitality, aviation industries preferably.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication abilities
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving capability
  • Fluency in the local language is preferred
