Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound technical support for international BPO customers
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to computers, printers, broadband, routers, email, Mac, iPhone, and iPad
• Ensure calls are closed with accurate resolution of customer issues
• Handle night shift work as required

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in inbound/outbound technical support
• Prior experience with outbound tech support of at least 6 months to 1 year
• Strong English communication skills and ability to persuade and sell
• Immediate availability to join and flexibility to work US shift schedule
