The role involves coordination with customers, internal departments, and the finance team to maintain accurate receivables records and improve cash flow.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Invoicing and Billing

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices as per agreed commercial terms.
• Verify purchase orders, work orders, service details, attendance records, and supporting documents before billing.
• Ensure timely submission of monthly invoices to customers.
• Prepare debit notes, credit notes, and supporting billing documents wherever required.
