Job summary

Kraft BPO in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced professional to manage accounts receivable calling within the US healthcare billing domain. You will resolve patient and client queries, identify denials, and work to secure timely resolutions.

You will collaborate with revenue cycle management teams, maintain accurate CRM records, and communicate effectively to reduce outstanding balances and improve cash flow. Prior AR calling and denial management experience is required.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in AR calling or similar role in US healthcare industry.
• Strong communication skills for effective phone conversations with patients/customers.
• Proficiency in denial management processes including appeal procedures.
• Basic knowledge of RCM principles and practices.
