• Perform customer reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Process payment knock-offs and maintain accurate receivable records.
• Verify invoices, delivery records, and supporting documents during reconciliation activities.
• Review POD (Proof of Delivery) documents and validate remarks related to rejections, credit note cases, and other transaction-related observations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports related to receivables.
• Support month-end closing and receivable reporting activities.
