Job summary

VRP Telematics Pvt. Ltd. in Delhi (Okhla Phase‑I) seeks an Assistant Manager Accounts Receivable (E‑Commerce) to manage B2B receivables, reconcile platform settlements, and ensure timely collections in a fast-paced marketplace environment.

You will coordinate with finance, sales, and operations, verify debit/credit notes, and prepare MIS on sales, outstanding receivables, and margins while ensuring GST and TDS compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Finance; CA Inter or MBA Finance preferred.
• 4–10 years in Accounts Receivable, preferably in e‑commerce/marketplace.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and follow‑up skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile B2B sales and settlement reports from platforms like Amazon Business and Flipkart.
• Track receivables, short payments, deductions, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Raise and monitor tickets with marketplaces for short payments or incorrect deductions.
• Verify, reconcile, and resolve debit/credit notes, claims, and adjustments.
• Validate entries related to returns, promotional support, discounts, and marketplace fees.
• Ensure GST and TDS compliance and maintain accurate ledger records.
• Prepare MIS reports on sales performance, outstanding receivables, deductions, and margins.
• Coordinate with internal finance, sales, and operations for discrepancy resolution.

The role ensures accurate accounting, timely collections, compliance adherence, and effective coordination with platform partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reconcile B2B sales and settlement reports from platforms such as Amazon Business, Flipkart.

2. Track receivables, short payments, deductions, and ensure timely follow-up.

3. Raise and monitor tickets with marketplaces for short payments or incorrect deductions.

4. Verify, reconcile, and resolve debit/credit notes, claims, and adjustments.

5. Validate accounting entries related to returns, promotional support, discounts, and marketplace fees.

6. Ensure GST and TDS compliance and maintain accurate ledger records.

7. Prepare MIS reports covering sales performance, outstanding receivables, deductions, and margins.

Key Requirements
