Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to manage daily AR operations in Chennai. The role requires 4-6 years of experience and hands-on expertise with Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and Order to Cash processes.

The duties include processing payments, cash application, reconciliation, issue resolution, and preparing regular client reports while ensuring SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in accounts receivable processes and cash applications.
• Experience with Oracle PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and O2C workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming customer payments via lockbox, ACH, and card payments.
• Apply cash to AR in ERP to maintain daily SLAs.
• Reconcile and minimize unapplied cash and short payments.
• Reconcile recorded payments with ERP bank statements.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Resolve queries from onshore and offshore teams.
• Resolve disputed accounts with the Cash Credit Analysis team.
• Prepare client reports (weekly, monthly) and ensure SOPs are updated timely.

• Processes Incoming Customer Payments Lockbox ACH Credit Card payments Manual payments apply Cash accurately to AR in ERP to maintain daily SLAs
• Reconcile minimize Unapplied Cash Short payments
• Reconciliation of recorded payments with ERP Bank Statement
• Research and Resolving discrepancies
• Query resolution - Handling onshore and offshore team queries
• Resolving Dispute Issue accounts of internal Cash Credit Analysis team
• Preparation of clients reports (Weekly, Monthly) Ensuring the SOPs are updated timely
