Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
• Proven expertise in Billing, Collections, Cash Applications, and Reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data reconciliation.
• Experience working in a high-volume, highly transactional environment.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, invoice management, and account reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AR activities, including billing, collections, cash applications, and reconciliations.
• Process high volumes of financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Perform cash application activities, including payment posting, allocation, and resolving unapplied cash.
• Handle customer invoicing, payment follow-ups, and outstanding balance collections.
• Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate AR records and prepare reports using Advanced Excel.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies, payment issues, and reconciliation variances.
• Ensure timely processing of transactions while meeting established SLAs and accuracy standards.
