Job summary

Spectraforce in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive with 2–5 years in payment application, invoicing, and aging follow-ups. This onsite role runs night shift from 6:30 pm to 3:30 am and requires immediate joining.

The candidate will manage AR processes, perform aging analysis, generate invoices, update records, and support monthly closings while coordinating with internal teams and clients to resolve discrepancies. Strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, specifically in: Cash Payment application, Invoicing, Aging follow-ups.
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Apply incoming payments accurately to customer accounts.
• Generate and send invoices in a timely manner to clients.
• Perform regular aging analysis and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve payment discrepancies.
• Maintain and update customer account records in the accounting system.
• Assist in monthly closing and reporting related to AR.
• Support audit and compliance requirements as needed.
