Job summary

ITC Limited Foods Business Division (24 Mantra Organic) seeks an Accounts Payable Executive to support the Finance & Accounts team with vendor invoices, payment processing, reconciliations and day-to-day accounting activities. Strong Excel and SAP skills are preferred.

The role requires B.Com or commerce/graduation with at least 1 year in AP/FA, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• B.Com / Graduate in Commerce or Accounting is mandatory.
• 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Finance & Accounts.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, vendor reconciliation, and invoice processing.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify vendor invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
• Ensure accurate recording of invoices in the accounting system.
• Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in vendor payment processing and payment follow-ups.
• Verify purchase orders, invoices, and goods receipt details before processing payments.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, payment records, and vendor accounts.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding invoice discrepancies and payment status.
• Assist with GST-related documentation, TDS deductions, and other applicable statutory requirements.
• Support month-end closing activities and preparation of accounts payable reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and established accounting procedures.
