The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of AP experience, strong knowledge of TDS/TCS, GST, PF/ESI, and experience with Tally and MIS reporting.
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to manage end-to-end AP operations, including invoice processing, vendor reconciliation, statutory compliance, payment scheduling, and financial reporting. The role requires strong reconciliation skills, MS Excel proficiency, and sound knowledge of statutory deductions.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the complete Accounts Payable cycle, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing.
Verify vendor invoices against POs, GRNs, contracts, and agreements.
Ensure compliance with TDS, TCS, GST, PF, ESI, and other applicable statutory requirements.
Monitor payment due dates and prepare payment schedules.
Conduct regular vendor and bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain vendor accounts, open items, and outstanding issues with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare MIS reports on outstanding payables, advances, and cash-flow forecasts.
Ensure accurate accounting entries, preferably using Tally, and adherence to audit/internal controls.
Escalate discrepancies to management with proper analysis.
Prepare documentation for Letter of Credit (LC) and other international trade finance transactions.
Mandatory Requirements
Education: B.Com / M.Com
Experience: 6–10 years of relevant Accounts Payable/accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of TDS, TCS, GST, PF, and ESI compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, preferably Tally.
Strong vendor reconciliation and payment management skills.
Experience with bank reconciliation and MIS reporting.
Ability to handle multiple vendor accounts with accuracy and confidentiality.
Age: 30–35 years.
