Advance Career Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Executive in Mumbai to manage end-to-end vendor payments, invoice processing, reconciliations, and period-end activities. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or Zoho Books.

The candidate will handle GST invoice verification, GSTR-2B reconciliation, ITC matching, and TDS documentation, while supporting month-end and audits.

Formación

• Experience in end-to-end AP processes and vendor invoice handling.
• Hands-on with Tally or Zoho Books accounting software.
• Strong MS Excel skills and accurate record-keeping.
• Knowledge of GST, GSTR-2B and TDS compliance is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Verify invoices against POs, contracts, approvals, and supporting docs.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain vendor master data.
• Perform vendor, purchase ledger, bank, and expense reconciliations.
• Support GST verification, ITC matching, and TDS documentation.
• Prepare AP ageing and MIS reports for management.
• Assist month-end and year-end closing, audits, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable professional to manage end-to-end vendor payment processes, invoice processing, accounting entries, reconciliations, statutory compliance support, and period-end activities. The ideal candidate should have sound accounting knowledge, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and record vendor invoices, purchase bills, credit notes, and debit notes.
• Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, approvals, and supporting documents.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain accurate vendor master data.
• Work on Tally and Zoho Books for accounting activities.
• Perform vendor account, purchase ledger, bank, and expense reconciliations.
• Monitor vendor ageing and outstanding payable balances.
• Assist with GST invoice verification, GSTR-2B reconciliation, Input Tax Credit (ITC) matching, and TDS documentation.
• Prepare AP ageing reports, vendor outstanding reports, and MIS reports.
• Support month-end and year-end closing, finalisation of accounts, and statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice, payment, and reconciliation discrepancies.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes.
• Experience in vendor invoice processing and payment management.
• Hands-on knowledge of Tally and/or Zoho Books.
• Knowledge of vendor reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
