Job summary

Pratibha Group in Surat, Gujarat, India, seeks a detail-oriented finance professional to manage vendor payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting. You will ensure accurate entries in Tally/ERP, coordinate payment approvals, and support audits.

The role requires handling high-volume transactions with diligence, maintaining supplier records, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. This is a full-time on-site position in Surat.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing/trading industry preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and payment approval workflows.
• Ability to manage high-volume transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor payments, RTGS/NEFT transactions, and payment scheduling.
• Maintain and reconcile bank accounts, party ledgers, and outstanding balances.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliation.
• Verify purchase invoices, debit/credit notes, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding payment queries.
• Maintain accurate accounting entries in Tally/ERP software.
• Monitor receivables and payables aging reports.
• Prepare MIS reports related to payments, outstanding dues, and cash flow.
• Assist during audits and provide required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements.
• Handle GST-related reconciliations and basic compliance support.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
