ConsultBae India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Gurgaon team and manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients. You will identify and engage top talent, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

With 2-4 years of recruitment experience and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, you will excel in communication, multitasking, and ATS proficiency to support diverse hiring needs and deliver quality candidates.

• 2-4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment consulting firm.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements.
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and ATS.
• Familiarity with Boolean searches.

Responsibilities

Location: Gurgaon-6 Days (5 Days Office 1 Day WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment
