Job Title: Academic Counselor (Commission-Based)

Job Type: Full-time / Remote

Location: Work from Home

Job Role:

We seek highly motivated individuals to join our sales and marketing team. Responsibilities include generating leads, promoting educational services, closing sales, and participating in meetings and training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote educational services to prospective students and parents.
• Identify potential leads via social media, cold calling, and referrals.
• Follow up and convert leads into enrollments.
• Maintain records and report to the manager.
• Attend official meetings, training, and workshops.
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and students.

Incentive Structure:

₹5,000 incentive per successful sale/enrollment. Additional rewards based on performance.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or pursuing graduation.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Basic social media marketing knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to work remotely with proper internet and communication tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, disciplined.

Additional Terms:

• OJT period: First month, no fixed salary.
• One paid leave allowed during OJT.
• Attendance in all official meetings is mandatory.
