The role involves counseling students through calls and walk-ins, understanding their educational needs, and converting leads into admissions. Competenze

• Minimum 6 months experience in Academic Counseling, Telesales, or BPO.

• Handle inbound & outbound leads effectively
• Follow up and convert leads into admissions
• Maintain data & track daily performance

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in Academic Counseling / Telesales / BPO
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Target-driven & result-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with Work from Office (Dwarka Mor)

Compensation

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 (in-hand)
• Performance Incentives: Up to ₹10,000/month
