Job summary

AAFT Online is seeking passionate Inside Sales professionals to join our Sales team in Gurugram. The role involves high volume calling coupled with attractive monthly incentives!

You will manage the full sales cycle from engaging with the leads to enrollment, counsel students via call and email on suitable programs, and maintain CRM records to support enrollment growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–5 years of sales experience is preferred.
• Must be goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Driving inquiries admissions for the various short term/long term learning programs being offered.
• Managing the entire sales cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of well-qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrollment in the program.
• Counseling students via call/email on which program would be useful for their career progression and suggest the best options.
• Updating the CRM on a regular basis.
