Job summary

Upraisal People Productivity Performance is hiring an Academic Counsellor in Bengaluru. This role involves guiding prospective learners through online education programmes and requires strong communication and counselling skills.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting numerous outbound calls daily, achieving enrolment targets, and maintaining detailed records. Freshers are welcomed to apply, and proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience, freshers encouraged to apply.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to conduct 80–100 outbound calls daily.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to warm leads.
• Counsel prospective learners about educational programs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking.
• Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
• Follow up with leads via various channels.

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers Welcome)

CTC: ₹5.50 to 6 LPA

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 80–100 outbound calls daily to warm leads.
• Counsel prospective learners and understand their career goals.
• Explain programme features, curriculum, certifications, and learning outcomes.
• Follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive enrolment.
• Achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and lead tracking.
• Handle learner queries and objections professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams for webinars, demos, and onboarding activities.
• Be available for learner interactions on weekends when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Hindi, or any regional language (advantage).
• Strong interpersonal, counselling, and persuasion skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and CRM platform.
• Self‑motivated and target-oriented mindset.
