We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Academic Counsellor to counsel prospective learners interested in Finance, Banking, Investment, Financial Management and related professional programs.

The role involves understanding learners' career aspirations, recommending the right finance program, handling enquiries/leads, and converting qualified prospects into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students through phone calls, video calls and other communication channels.
• Understand the learner's career goals, educational background, experience and financial objectives.
• Explain course curriculum, learning methodology, duration, eligibility, fees, certification and career benefits.
• Provide accurate guidance on suitable Finance/Banking/Investment programs.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads and maintain regular follow-ups.
• Convert qualified leads into admissions/enrollments.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
• Build trust and establish strong relationships with prospective learners.
• Handle objections related to fees, course value, career outcomes, competition and time commitment.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects until closure.
• Maintain accurate lead information, follow-up details and sales updates in CRM/MIS.
