EazyGrad in New Delhi is seeking an Admission Counsellor to provide personalised counselling to prospective students and guide them through program selection and the enrolment process. This full-time, on-site role is based in Janakpuri, New Delhi, with responsibilities spanning outreach, documentation, and coordination with partner universities.

You will manage leads in CRM systems, maintain student records, and work towards achieving enrolment targets while delivering a high-quality student

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years in online UG/PG admissions (domestic).
• Fluent English and Hindi; regional language a plus.
• Hands-on CRM experience to manage leads and run basic reports.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor based in Janakpuri, New Delhi. You will engage with prospective students to understand their academic and career goals and guide them through program selection and the application/enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized academic and career counselling to prospective students, helping them choose suitable undergraduate or postgraduate programs.
• Assist applicants through the end-to-end application and admission process, including documentation, follow-ups, and coordination with partner universities.
• Maintain accurate student records in CRM systems and ensure timely updates on application status.
• Meet or exceed enrolment and conversion targets through effective counselling and relationship-building.
• Conduct outreach activities and information sessions to engage potential students and address their queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partner university representatives to resolve admission-related issues and ensure a smooth enrolment experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience specifically in Online UG PG education admissions (domestic).
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; ability to converse in a regional language is a plus.
• Hands-on experience (at least 1 year) using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM to manage leads, update student records, and run basic reports.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple applicant cases and meet enrolment/conversion targets.
